Mike is best known for his tenure at Life Time Fitness, where he helped guide the company through its IPO and nationwide expansion from 4 to 85 locations. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he led more than 12,000 team members and played a central role in driving Life Time’s enterprise value to $1.9 billion. His leadership and culture-driven approach helped establish the brand as one of the nation’s premier names in fitness and wellness.
