Air Guardian® uses a patented purification chamber combining high-output UVGI (ultraviolet germicidal irradiation) with photocatalytic oxidation (PCO). This dual-action system doesn’t just trap particles—it actively destroys them.
Contaminated air is drawn into a sealed inner chamber using precision-balanced fans. Inside, pathogens are exposed to concentrated UV-C light and a proprietary photocatalytic surface that generates reactive oxygen species (ROS). These ROS attack the DNA and protein structures of viruses, bacteria, mold, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), breaking them down at the molecular level.
This process happens continuously and in real-time—without producing ozone, and without the need for filters, cleaning, or replacements.
